Today’s Topic is: Things to do When You’re Stressed
- Music: Anything that is upbeat, dancing usually helps!
- Hot Baths: Hot baths, sometimes with bath bombs in it as well.
- Colouring: Anything to do with markers, crayons, paints and paper or colouring books.
- Tea & Book: Something about a nice hot or warm tea with an awesome book.
- Sun: Sunny days outside is good, no matter if you are cleaning the yard, reading, chatting with friends or just sitting and thinking.
- Writing: Writing your feelings done all the time is a good thing to do no matter if you are stressed or not.
- T.v. shows: Okay some of the shows i watch are stressful do due limited time i can watch them before my kids get home but they take you away from the stressful you are having at the time.
- Sleep: Any rest you can achieve will be greatly appreciated.
Oops, more then 5, but now you know my secret as a mother of four!!!! haha.
