Peacocks for dinner and boys in skirts?

I read this book because my daughter chose it for me to read, upon us doing the BookBuddyAthon challenge.

I enjoyed these books a lot when i was a child, i gave it a 3 star now mainly because it felt dull might be that i am older now but i remember some of the other stories written by Mary Pope Osborne in the Magic Tree House series to be wonderful and want to read to my children!

For children to read this i would give it at least 4 stars mainly because i like the theme of a magic tree house full of books, seriously where can i find one for myself 😁
